Generating your data for SMART from Hero is a straightforward process that uses the same functionality you’re already familiar with when downloading an IDE file. By following the standard export workflow, you can ensure your student details stay synchronised across both platforms with just a few clicks.
Quick Instructions:
- Navigate: Click the Quick Links (three lines) → List Builder → EXPORTS.
- Select Export: Locate the External Agencies section and select SMART OPTIONS.
- Filter: Choose the required class or classes.
- Download: Click GENERATE FILE TO DOWNLOAD.
Please note that the nature of the .ast file means you will not be able to open it. - Upload: Take the .ast file and upload it directly to the SMART portal.
