Primary School Finance and Administration Support

Permanent, 25–35 hours per week (negotiable)We are looking for someone with strong school finance and administration knowledge, and a passion for helping others to join our team and deliver exceptional support to Hero schools.
The Hero Primary School Finance and Administration Support Specialist is a varied role spanning both school finance and office administration, with a strong emphasis on school finance expertise.
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality support to schools through Hero's customer support channels, assisting with the onboarding of new finance and office administrators, and contributing to the ongoing development and delivery of Hero's training and support programmes across New Zealand and Australia.
As an ambassador for Hero, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and collaboration skills, working closely with client schools and internal teams. The role supports the implementation of sustainable systems and processes that meet business requirements while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of schools.
