Automated Attendance Uploads
At the request of the MoE, the options to toggle the Daily and Termly attendance uploads have been removed. All uploads will be automatically actioned on a daily basis. Schools are still able to manually download and submit files if required.
Improved Attendance Visibility
When taking attendance for a group of students using the Weekly view, the previous days’ codes are now displayed along with the present, justified or unjustified colour representation.
Along with this, recognise a student’s late arrivals with the new green stripe.
Attendance Message ‘Click to Apply’ Extended to Individual Student Attendance
When marking the attendance for an individual student, clicking the ABSENT/LATE MESSAGE icon will show the following popup. Click 1ST to only update the first period with the attendance note. Click ALL to apply to all periods. Copy and paste is still available if full detail is required.
