Following consultation with the MoE, Hero has updated their Roll Return validation process to allow a student to have a Current Year Level = 0, for any student who started in the current year. The MoE requires that Year 0 students are shown as Year 1 in all tables and the MoE upload so they will be included in all Year 1 counts.
