View Attendance in Whole Days
All attendance graphs and tables will now show attendance rates in whole days to 1 decimal place. This includes group insights, individual student reports, attendance reports, and the caregiver app.
Updated Use of H & M Code
The DoE requested several changes be made to the use of the H & M codes.
- H & M will now show as green in the minimap and the full calendar.
- H & M will be excluded from the ‘Pa’ column in the Attendance Analysis.
- H & M will be excluded from all attendance totals in tables, reports and graphs.
Messaging has been added to the teacher and caregiver apps to make this clearly understood.
