Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) has Landed!
Data Security is top priority at Hero, and with this in mind, our team has added another tool to the toolkit for Hero schools.
MFA is now available for all Hero users and is managed on an individual school basis. School Leaders and Administrators have the ability to enable MFA for their staff, caregivers and learners.
Once enabled, users manage their own MFA via their Hero profile but if access gets lost, school administrators can don their capes and come to the rescue.

Goals Capitalisation
When reporting goals, the casing displayed to staff and caregivers will now reflect the same case used in the goals setup.

Tighter Controls for Staff with Restricted Access
Staff with restricted access will now only see Name, NSN, Year Level and Age when viewing student information via their individual attendance and list view options.

Notifications Restored to Bulk Publishing of Posts
To cater for all needs, we've added a new option when publishing posts in bulk. You now get to choose if caregivers get sent a notification.

Report an Absence Addition
The single click of the
Report an Absence
icon will now include the name of the person reporting the absence. Both the reason and reporter will be applied to the Attendance Note.
