About Paul
Armed with a Master's Degree in ICT in Education, Paul spent his pre-Hero career teaching and leading schools in both London and New Zealand.
Paul knows firsthand the challenges faced by educators and students alike. As a Primary School Principal frustrated by the lack of a suitable system to meet his school's reporting, communication and student administration needs, he developed his own - founding Hero (formerly Linc-Ed) in 2013.
Paul also hosts the Education Heroes Podcast, where he interviews bright and inspiring minds in the world of education.
