When a student has a medical condition that requires a fast and accurate response, it is vital that the information required is readily available. For consistency across SMSs, the DoE has requested the use of the same terminology (Individual Health Support Plans) when recording and managing medical action plans.
Hero has combined its features to meet DoE suggestions.
Note: This change will not automatically be applied to existing Hero Schools. If you wish to have your current process realigned with this changed, contact the Customer Support team via the Hero help desk.
