Medical Management Update: Recording Stock Levels

We have added new functionality to ensure consistency when administering different types of medications and recording stock on hand.

We are thrilled to have schools harnessing Hero’s new Medical Management Toolset. As a follow-on from this release, Hero has added new functionality to ensure consistency when administering different types of medications and recording stock on hand.


When you complete the administering of medication to a student, you will now be asked to record the remaining stock you hold. Previously, stock was recorded via automated reduction for tablets given. We advise that stock levels are reviewed as administered, to account for students who may take more, or less than one tablet per dose. 


Going forward, you will record the stock you have on hand via the pop-up box for all medication types:
