Hero has introduced a new feature to assist caregivers with managing their student billing accounts. They can now choose the amount they pay against each line item, rather than having to pay it in full.
This will be enabled across all schools where caregivers are paying the Stripe fees. A minimum payment amount of $10 will be set. Balances under $10 must be paid in full. Balances above $10 can be partially paid but cannot be less than $10.
Contact the Customer Support team if you wish to disable part payments, or to adjust the minimum payment amount for your school.
