Handling of Hero Access for Secondary Contacts:
As is the same for Primary Contacts, Hero access will be enabled automatically for Secondary Contacts (i.e. non-residential caregivers) unless a court order exists. Access will be uneditable, as per NSW Department of Education requirements.
