About Cara
With over 25 years of experience in teaching, leadership and facilitating learning, Cara understands the nature of such demanding roles. She has worked as a Teacher of Years 0-10, a Resource Teacher of Learning and Behaviour, a Special Needs Education Coordinator (SENCO), Syndicate Leader, Deputy Principal, and a Facilitator of Middle School Leaders.
Now, as Senior Education Consultant for Hero, Cara supports schools to unleash learners' potential. She is passionate about education and dedicated to supporting school leaders to create an environment that empowers both educators and students to thrive.
