About Bree
Bree spent five years teaching Year 5-8 students, giving her a first-hand understanding of the realities of the classroom and the daily demands placed on teachers. That experience shapes how she approaches her work at Hero today: with empathy for what teachers are juggling and a clear sense of what actually helps.
Before joining Hero, Bree made her first career pivot into EdTech building on her teaching background and existing skillset to continue supporting schools beyond the classroom. She now leads Hero's Customer Support team, where she's driven by a simple goal: making life easier for teachers, so they can focus on what matters most - their students.
