Notification Settings
When post notifications (push or email) are turned off, you will now see an alert on the engagement analysis page, allowing you to quickly see whether notifications will have been sent.
For caregivers who opt for push notifications, you can now track whether these were successfully delivered, and if not, you can see the status of the automatic email fallback. For caregivers who prefer email notifications, you'll continue to see their email receipt and reading status as before.
We've also added a new student-centric view, allowing you to see engagement grouped by student, with all associated caregivers listed together.
This makes it easier to identify families who may have missed important communications. You can use our new filtering tools to create targeted groups based on engagement status, perfect for sending gentle reminders to those who haven't yet seen your message.
These improvements will help you ensure that community notices and learning posts reach your caregivers, helping to keep them engaged and informed.
