- Post content regularly through the one channel (e.g. class updates, sports notices, school newsletters) to keep parents engaged. Consider the audience, frequency and timing of posts.

- Hero can be used as the scaffold for learning conversations. Teachers can show the caregiver view of the software by going to the student’s profile> Current year report page> View as Caregiver. This means conferences can either be in person or online.
- Many schools choose to align their first sharing of learning content with parent-teacher or student led conferences. This gives teachers the opportunity to introduce and explain the content.
- Encourage parents to engage with the ‘About This Page’ information.
