From the moment you begin with us, your change leadership team will be closely guided and supported throughout Hero’s onboarding programme (and beyond). This self-paced programme is designed to teach users how to get the most from Hero, without eating into valuable time. Explore the steps below to know what to expect!

Sign Up

Select your Hero package, and join the growing number of schools experiencing the ease and benefits of Hero!

Data Transfer

School data is precious cargo. Once authorisation is granted, our specialist data team will synchronise Hero with ERN to enable your school to be automatically populated with student and staff data. Data will be managed in accordance with department requirements and regulations.

Get up to Speed

Our onboarding team will guide you through our effective onboarding programme. We have purposefully structured this programme in a way that builds your user skill set, and ensures that your Hero platform is ready for day one.

Take to the Skies

The world of online, real time sharing, tracking and reporting is yours to explore! Reap the benefits of a Hero site that is tailored for NSW public primary schools, and receive access to ongoing service and support through our Hero help desk and consulting team.
