The Department of Education (DoE) has introduced new rules about the language used with families pertaining to finance. To match these rules, Hero will now flag and block words that sound like debt (for example: "fee," "bill," and "invoice") on any descriptions that caregivers can see. You can find the full list of prohibited words from the DoE below.
This new validation is evident when you add/edit Fee Mapping names or Descriptions. Already existing Line Items do not require change.
