A raft of new updates have landed in Hero, including enhancements to image handling, user-friendly tweaks for online payments made via mobile, and more!
- Further enhancements to image handling, affecting -
- Logo on statements will now be displayed
- Images attached to posts will display in emails
- Pay online from mobile devices - this service has been made more user-friendly.
- Decline an enrolment application from the Waitlist has been enabled.
- Student photo upload size restrictions - to prevent upload timeouts, a file restriction of 1GB has been placed on student photo zip files.
- Connecting to Xero improvements - our team has restructured the Xero connection process to prevent errors when connecting and disconnecting from Xero.
- Restrict deleting and editing of staff feed posts - to prevent staff inadvertently deleting posts, restrictions have been added whereby only the author or a staff member with administration rights can edit or delete a post.
- Mid and End of year progress summaries - Summaries of progress over the milestone period will now include percentages in the total column, so teachers and school leaders can see at a glance the percentages of children at each achievement level
