Kate Bond

Administration Consultant

With a decade of experience in the school office, Kate has a unique understanding of the pressures and multi-tasking that administrators face.

About Kate

With a background in corporate finance, managing large company superannuation schemes in Australia, the UK and NZ, Kate was well-prepared for her next role as Executive Officer at a primary school in Canterbury.

During her decade in the education sector, Kate gained a wealth of experience, and having used our software in a real-world context in a school, her journey with Hero continued as she joined our team. She loves this role because Hero makes such a difference to the ultimate end goal - our children!

Kate's mission is clear - to make the lives of administrators and finance executives in schools even easier. She does this by providing targeted guidance, training, and support around the day-to-day functions in the school office using Hero.

Because she has worked in the school office, Kate has a unique understanding of the pressures and multi-tasking that administrators face. This enables her to form close partnerships with school staff, helping them streamline their workload and optimise the Hero tools they need to fly through their job!
